My name is Chris Cowan, and I am proud to serve as the General Manager of Dick Hannah Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I bring more than eight years of experience with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram brands, beginning my automotive career as a Service Advisor. That experience taught me the importance of listening carefully, solving problems, respecting customers’ time, and earning their trust.
Before entering the automotive industry, I served in the United States Army. My military service taught me to lead from the front, lead by example, and understand that true leadership means putting others before yourself. Those principles continue to guide my leadership today as we build a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, service, and genuine care for others.
I am also proud to be a first-generation Cuban American, the oldest of four siblings, and a father who deeply values family, hard work, and community. Outside of the dealership, I enjoy spending time with my children and family and exploring new restaurants throughout the area.
